Change Third Ninja
Free
Module for Dolibarr that allows you to change the third party (customer/supplier) in commercial documents such as quotes, orders, invoices, contracts, and vendor proposals. Additionally, it assigns each line of the object (Order, Quote, Shipment, Invoice) to the new third party to prevent interference with reports.

Features
- Objects: Change third parties in quotes, orders, customer and vendor invoices, contracts, and vendor proposals.
- Interface: Native Dolibarr popup interface (jQuery UI) and integration with Select2 for third-party searching.
- Restriction: Only allows changing the third party in draft invoices to comply with the laws of several countries, including Spain.
- Compatibility: Compatible with the Verifactu module by EsySoft, which is the only Verifactu module currently supported.
- Permissions: Permission system to control which users can access and use the module.
Installation
You can use the Dolibarr installer to install this module. If you experience any issues, you can use the alternative method:
- Copy the changethirdninja folder into custom/ or use the native Dolibarr installer.
- Go to Home > Setup > Modules.
- Search for “ChangeThirdNinja” and enable it.
- Assign the required permissions to the appropriate users.
Usage
- Access a commercial document (quote, order, invoice, etc.).
- If the user has permission and the document allows it, the “Change Third Party” button will appear in the action bar.
- Clicking it opens a popup window to select the new third party.
- Select the new third party and confirm.
Restrictions
- Invoices: The third party can only be changed if the invoice is in draft status. This requirement ensures compliance with the laws of certain countries.
- Other documents: No status restrictions apply.
