This module for Prestashop allows your customers to request prices and availability of certain selected products. You just need to set up these products in “catalog mode” and their button will be automatically replaced by a new button that, when clicked, displays a contact form with a configurable email template.

Once a product is set to “catalog mode”, the price and availability will be hidden and the “Buy” button will be replaced with “Request information”.
When clicking on the “Request information” button, a pop-up window will open with a form for users to enter their contact information. The seller will receive an email at the address selected in the module settings with the request details.
The requested data are:
- Name
- Company
- Phone
- Message
How to activate the request form
- Go to Catalog > Products
- Edit the desired product
- In the Options tab, uncheck “Available for orders”
- Save the changes
- The request button will appear automatically on the product page.
⚠️ Important:
- Make sure the email is set up correctly
- Requests will be sent to the email indicated above
- Customers will receive an automatic confirmation
