One of the most notable flaws in Prestashop’s native coupon system is the inconsistency of categorisation limitations. You can limit a coupon so it doesn’t apply to a certain category, but if a product has two categories and one of them isn’t limited in the coupon, the restriction won’t be applied. Thanks to our module, all you need to do is apply the ID of the category you want to block, and no discount, regardless of its nature, will apply to the product in question if it has the category associated.
