Adds an online withdrawal system in compliance with European Directive 2011/83/EU OR (EU) 2023/2673.
Allows setting a configurable withdrawal period based on the order date.
Integrates the withdrawal form into the “My Account” area and in the footer as a sitelink (can be disabled).
The form validates whether the request has already been submitted, whether the order reference exists, and whether that reference is associated with the email submitting the request.
Valid for registered customers and guests.
